Do you supply private individuals?
Yes. Anyone can send us a request. Some products are subject to legal rules or restrictions; if that applies to your request, we'll tell you before you order anything.
Can you quote for an organisation, force or unit?
Yes. Select who you represent in the form and include quantities, sizes and your required delivery date. We'll put together a tailored quote.
Can you supply products that aren't listed here?
Often, yes. Describe what you're looking for, with brand and model number if you know them. We'll find out whether and how quickly we can supply it.
How quickly do you respond to a request?
We usually reply within one working day, by email or phone.
A product is out of stock. Can I still order it?
Yes. You can order it now as a backorder, and we'll ship it as soon as it comes in.
When can I expect my delivery?
Our proposal states the expected lead time for each product. Items in stock ship straight away. You'll get an email as soon as your order is on its way.
Can you ship to a NAPO address?
Yes. Orders for Dutch defence personnel on a ship or with a unit abroad can be sent to a NAPO address in the Netherlands. Use this format:

The Netherlands
For barracks in the Caribbean (except Sint Maarten and Bonaire) the postcode is 3509 VS. Under Military Post Organisation (MPO) rules, a parcel may weigh no more than 2 kg and may not contain liquids or pressurised containers.
What are NIJ levels?
The NIJ (National Institute of Justice) classifies ballistic protection into levels. Under the widely used NIJ 0101.06 standard:
